Returning Student Application 2025-2026

To receive priority in registration for 2025-2026, complete this form by January 23 and mail or drop off your $120 application fee by January 30 to Holy Spirit Lutheran, 10021 NE 124th St, Kirkland, WA 98034. Beginning February 3, we begin accepting new student applications and can no longer give your child priority registration. You must COMPLETE THIS FORM and MAIL or DROP OFF your non-refundable application fee to be placed on the registration list for 2025-2026. You will receive a letter with confirmation of your child's class mid-March.
